Gain body awareness through intentional movement. Qigong provides a touch of somatic work that helps you take better care of yourself. The more in tune you are with your body, the more optimally it functions.

To get at the heart of what is causing pain, we move deeper into the less tangible layer of what we carry. As a body-worker, I assist clients in accessing and releasing emotions lodged in their body tissues.
